Fatty foods, inactivity can lead to indigestion

Combining processed, fried and other high-fat foods with a sedentary lifestyle can lead to indigestion. Switching to yogurt, lean meats and whole grains can reduce the risk of indigestion, and the addition of ginger, which has long been used for gastrointestinal problems, may also help.
